Boris van Thiel
Board Member & CEO
Mr. Boris van Thiel is a known capacity, when it comes to pioneering leadership in the regional industry. After building up and successfully operating an engineering company in the Middle East, he changed from a family owned business environment to a multi-billion Dollar German industrial group, being the CEO for MENA region.
In 2017 he took over a UAE based hot rolling mill and positioned the company as one of the top-players in the regional steel market. Due to his capability to learn and adopt new issues in the shortest lead-time he transformed the company to be the most efficient manufacturer for steel rebar in the UAE.
Consul-T is benefitting from the international industrial background paired with more than 17 years of expertise in the MENA region.
Nikita Andreev
Board Member & CFO
Nikita Andreev shares with our clients his 23+ years of experience in value chain and investments management in global and regional projects; he accumulated more than 16 years of industry experience in petrochemicals and worked more than 6 years as a senior advisor in supply chain excellence, project valuation, due diligence, company and asset valuation. Nikita supports our clients in increasing the value of their businesses through operational and financial excellence.
In 2008 – 2010 Nikita Andreev leaded a business process design project for a leading GCC petrochemical producer followed by SAP APO implementation. In 2011 – 2012 he was responsible for a number of the integrated planning project implementations for major players in petrochemical and pharma industries. From 2013 through 2018 Nikita was responsible for a major feedstock supply stream in Europe along with conducting due diligence on a major greenfield JV in Asia. Since 2019, Nikita took a lead in a number of asset valuation and operation excellence projects in Europe and in GCC region.

Christian is an experienced journalist with a strong track-record in public relations management for the public and private sector. Lately his focus is on accelerator programs for corporate growth in line with Environmental, Social, and Governance investment (ESG).
Martin Hamel

Martin offers solutions when companies are looking for a business expert who can repair and achieve profitable growth. His expertise is in researching and growing new markets or regions with focussing on new business and effective sales strategies. He has showed several times in his international career that companies can experience growth, even under the most difficult conditions.
Martin has more than 20 years of international experience as Head of Department and Chief of Sales.
